We recommend that you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. If you receive a book that is damaged in some way (missing, torn / loose pages, etc.), we are happy to provide a replacement. Once your item has been opened, we do not accept returns. In addition, there are NO REFUNDS FOR DOWNLOADED PURCHASES OR MEMBERSHIPS.
Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to addresses in the USA (Alaska & Hawaii included). We no longer ship internationally. Delivery normally takes 2-4 business days after placing your order. Sorry, but next-day delivery is not available.
On rare occasions packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. If the shipping address is incorrect or outdated, it is normally returned to us by the USPS. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
We do NOT share or sell customer information to third parties, except in performing functions on behalf of the customer (i.e., delivering orders, processing payments, etc.). We are not in the business of selling customer information to others.
